As an associate attorney at a law firm and pregnant with her first child, Joanne was most concerned about having environmentally friendly and non-toxic products for her baby. However, she realized that there were limited products at the large retail chains and she would have to do more research to find these products that were right for her and her baby. Pregnant, working over 50 plus hours a week and commuting a long distance, she was often too exhausted to shop or research the best crib or baby bottle to purchase. After her fellow busy girlfriends, who were also pregnant while working demanding jobs, complained about not having enough time to prepare for baby’s arrival, Joanne thought of starting a service to help other busy pregnant women. Joanne understands the need to balance work and family life. She understands the urge to make sure everything is perfect before the new arrival. Even if you aren’t working, you may feel overwhelmed with all the options out there and are too tired to do the legwork. Bliss Nine understands and works to inform you about all your options and help you get organized and ready.

Being a mother of two children, Joanne can empathize with the busy mom-to-be and after years in the baby planning business, she has seen the needs and wants of mothers evolve. Joanne is constantly meeting other mompreneurs who are always inventing new products and services to make the busy mom’s life easier.
